Ingredients

  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbs. sucanat, honey, or a few drops of liquid stevia (note: some find that stevia can have an aftertaste, so be careful)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream, sweetener, vanilla, and salt (Use the code kitchenstewardship for 15% off of your first purchase).
  2. Whip with a whisk or egg beater until peaks begin to form.
  3. Be careful! Watch closely once peaks begin to form. It is easy for peaks to become stiff and quickly turn into butter.
